There’s so much said about “working smarter, not harder.”

This advice has good intentions – but it can be harmful.

Sometimes it is best to work with blinders on…

Working smarter, not harder, can lead to constantly searching for the best way of doing something – instead of just doing it.

(This is where analysis paralysis comes from.)

Sometimes, the best option is just to put the blinders on, keep your head down and do the work (trusting that you’ll figure it out as you go).

To quote my grandpa…
“You’re thinking too hard, just do it, you will figure it out”
